◦ Classroom #1: Scale for growth by offering Purdue Food Science professors seminars
◦ Classroom #2: Marketing to support retail and food service sales seminars

11:45 a.m. -1 pm Retail Lunch-n-Learn: 
◦ Up to 6+ retail food procurement professionals talk about what they look for in new/local vendors such as best practices, do & don’ts, what to expect, etc.
◦ Box lunch provided with registration

1:15 p.m. -4:30 p.m. Sample/Tastings for up to 100 vendors
◦ Buyers can try samples and meet vendors
